Summertop with V-neck. Knitted bottom-up.
Body is worked in the round. However, the front and back pieces are finished separately by knitting back and forth, at the same time as shaping the V-neck with decreases and edge stitches. Shoulders are combined with 3-needles bind-off.  Stitches are picked up for sleeves adding a rib or icord.
